Compare NY and Tokyo at Jean Georges. Policy about wine for cuisine.
My one of lovely NY restaurant is Jean Georges,I think almost same level of Bernardan At NY.
Sometime disappointed on Tokyo Restaurant come from Paris and NY.
But here is almost OK without Wine list.

Signature Cavier egg is 40USD,is it Expensive???

White asparagus is beautiful and pure taste and texture.
Wine list at Jean Georges NY,is very sophisticated,hope Jean check not only Cuisine but also wine list.

I defenetely check wine list of pricing,very much care than price of cuisine.

I would like to pay same price for wine compare with price of course menu.

It is mean if we are two persons,course menu is 200USD,wine budget for 400USD in AOC without Non vintage.

It is my policy for wine at Restaurant.
